“Carried out tap replacement in our bathroom. Jordan arrived at the time we agreed,with the replacement new tap, which was like for like. Very friendly and professional throughout,and when finished, sink was left clean and tidy, and old parts taken away. Very pleased, and would recommend his services. Price was reasonable aswell. “Don’t book anyone else! I had 4 different plumbers out before Jordan, who gave me false information, quoted excessive prices and then stopped communicating. Jordan was highly communicative, came out promptly, he was knowledgable and courteous. He fixed two of the problems immediately (other plumbers said it was a complicated job), then fixed the leak I originally called him out for. Jordan gave me useful advice on managing my utility bills and keeping my system efficient. Jordan was excellent value and very honest. Will only be using him in future. Highly recommended!”

“Jordan came out quickly to look at our job and prepared a well priced quote same day. The rads and valves were ordered and delivered in a few days. Over the next 3 days Jordan removed a very dated ( I've never seen baseboard heaters before, many plumbers seemed scared of taking them on.) and installed 5 new rads which now look and work superbly. The quality of the pipework and full install is excellent. His patience and thoroughness was amazing giving us such confidence. He set up the remaining heating for us and spent time in showing us how best to use it which was invaluable. I have no reservations in recommending this guy he really knows what he is doing.”

“Great service. Contacted me very soon after the plumbing job was posted. Listened to my amateur diagnosis and discussed what I was likely to require. Quoted price was acceptable and he started on the job on my next available day. Once the heavily-tiled bath panel was off, two sources of leak were discovered, requiring new products, works and quote. That was all carried out within 24 hours. After posting my advert, I was contacted within around 30 minutes, and Jordan was at my property just a couple of hours later.
